Modernized the Elite Flag threshold leniency system to match Rotund Rebound and Rotund Zero. Previously we'd set Elite thresholds by taking our dev times and manually adding a bit of leniency while rounding them up to a pretty number. Now they're determined automatically by adding a set leniency to the direct time, making it more consistent and easier to figure what the actual dev time was. This also means all Elite thresholds in the game have changed by a few frames, mostly for the looser as our previous normal level leniency was roughly 250ms and we've now made it 300ms to match RR. Leaf levels are 1 second and world challenges are 3 seconds.
Localization improvements across all languages.
Set ending credits butterfly animation offset to avoid synchronization.

Changes
Replaced the Sleep Bears with new Marvin booths for clarity and consistency.
Lowered the required number of gold medals on the original Marvin booths to match those of the silver.
Moved the Sleep Bears to block the 8-Balls, and they won't move until that world is ranked silver or better.
Due to world map changes, your current position on the world map will be set back to 1-1 after updating.
Changed the medal designs from -, =, and + to stopwatches for clarity and to match Rotund Rebound. Also gave the bronze medal a shine animation.
Game will now run in background when the window loses focus. This can be undone via the registry on Windows, ~/.config on Linux, or Library .plist on macOS.
